Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order arrives damaged, retain the merchandise and all original packaging and contact us promptly. Photographs of the merchandise, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label may be required to process a carrier claim.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Duck Hook Golf Co. will reasonably assist customers in investigating packages reported lost in transit.

Packages shown by the carrier as delivered may require investigation with the applicable shipping carrier.
