Duck Hook Golf Co. Return & Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

At Duck Hook Golf Co., many of the products we sell are limited-quantity, collectible, pre-owned, unique, or specialty golf items. Because of the nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

All merchandise is sold as-is and as described. Please review all product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, condition notes, and other details carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, sizing issues, change of mind, or finding the item at a different price elsewhere.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the transaction is final.

Please verify your items, quantities, shipping address, and payment information before submitting your order.

Pre-Owned & Collectible Merchandise

Some products sold by Duck Hook Golf Co. may be pre-owned, vintage, collectible, limited-edition, or otherwise unique. Normal signs of prior use, age, storage, packaging wear, or cosmetic imperfections may be present and will be disclosed or photographed when reasonably identifiable.

Product photographs and descriptions are part of the item's condition disclosure. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not accept returns, if you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, materially different from the item described, or the wrong item was shipped, contact us promptly after delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

This provision does not create a general right of return and does not apply to conditions or imperfections disclosed in the product listing.

Shipping

Duck Hook Golf Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
